Every form on this page goes straight to the chapter office. Pick the one that fits and you will hear back from a person, usually within a few business days.
For apprentices
Apprentice application
Start here if you want to become an apprentice. The chapter office reviews every application and contacts you about the next intake. Do not send a Social Security number or any ID number through this form.
For contractors
Sponsor an apprentice
Use this to enroll an employee in the apprenticeship. You must employ the apprentice full time. The chapter office will reply with the instruction fee and the enrollment paperwork.
For contractors and partners
Membership application
Contractor membership is for licensed electrical contractors. Industry partner membership is for distributors, manufacturers and firms that serve the trade. The chapter office replies with the dues that apply to your company.
Already enrolled
Send a document
For apprentices and members returning completed paperwork. One file per submission, PDF or image, 8 MB or smaller. Do not upload anything showing a Social Security number; bring those documents to the chapter office in person.
